Since founding Radial Communications in 2009, Tinashe has led a team of innovative minds to make the agency what it is today. Having come from a family background and social network of creative minds, he was drawn to the advertising business. His dedication to the growth of the agency and desire to deliver the best services to Radial’s clients led him to study further into creative design and advertising. With the “God first” mantra, he has instilled Christian values in the company’s employees by teaching them a praying culture as he believes God is the reason why the agency’s doors remain open to this day.

He graduated from Solusi University with a Bsc. Triple Major in Family and Consumer Sciences where he was the president of his degree program from his freshman year to his senior year. He possesses an inborn leadership gene which has been the main tool he uses in heading the creative team at Radial Communications.

Since joining the agency in 2016 with a passion for creative communication, Hazel is a the innovator behind many of the agency’s most memorable and effective campaigns. She has an eye for smart creativity and personally believes that more is achieved by less. She is always smiling and laughing and that’s one thing clients love about working with her.

She holds a BA Honors Degree in English and Communication from Midlands State University.

In terms of fresh ideas which relate to young consumers, colourful ads and artistic opinion, Joseph provides a critical eye and sound opinion. He has achieved what most would term a milestone through developing himself as a graphic designer. His vast knowledge of multiple graphic design software and his keenness on acquiring more knowledge makes him a crucial member of team Radial.

Gift is the Digital Marketing Manager at Radial. He has created campaigns and managed multiple social media accounts for big names in the Zimbabwean market and beyond. He commits most of his work hours getting insight on the latest social media trends and develops effective ways to communicate the client’s message through different types of media. His online digital experience plays a critical role in helping Radial’s clients increase their penetration and subscriptions amongst vast social media networks and reaching out to young consumers. In his spare time, he expresses his love for music as a Dee-Jay and goes by the name Dj Gizzla.

Gift graduated from Midlands State University with a BBA in Marketing.

He has the ability to see through timeless designs which relate to both the brand and gets customers talking and engaging with any brand. His vast knowledge in graphic design software and extra capabilities in art (free hand) makes him all the more capable of delivering the best in graphic design solutions in any situation.

Ian is the company’s master strategist and accounting expert. He ensures that team Radial is always meeting client objectives and exceeding their expectations. He also makes sure that the company has a strong financial standing to ensure the safety of Radial’s clients as well as the interests of its employees. Ian’s talents have been evident as his corporate presence in companies such as Infinite Health has helped the company grow and become a sound medical laboratory in Zimbabwe.

Ian graduated with a BBA in Accounting from Solusi University. He is further studying towards an MBA in Strategic Leadership with the University of Zimbabwe. He was the president of the Toast Masters and Debate clubs in his last two senior years during which he also won the Student Entrepreneur of the Year Awards through a company that he founded on campus.
